SYNOPSIS

The years have passed, and the civil war that don Pablo won is for his children only “daddy’s war.” Their four-year-old son Quico will do all kinds of mischief so as not to lose his parents’ attention, now that a new offspring has been born. In short, this is the story of a well-to-do family, seen through the innocent eyes of a four-year-old boy, who has just been “dethroned” by his new eight-month-old sister.

They are everyday problems: the mother; an authoritarian father who “made a war” that he does not want to forget; three older brothers who are beginning to wake up to life; and one more of seven, who together with Quico, the protagonist of the story, constantly invents mischief. And naturally, the maid… and the groom destined as a soldier to Africa; and the assistance, full of economic and family problems, and the boy from the store, and the neighbor across the street…
